The flexibility in where and when I get to work is a huge benefit the leadership team are constantly looking at ways that they can make things better. Each year the company take their staff away on an annual trip. It's a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, create memories, and have a bit of a laugh together.

About us
Established in 2003, Sennep is an award-winning, independent agency specialising in user experience and interface design. In addition to creating intuitive and smart products, we go one step further and inject joy, creativity and brand personality into the user experience. We call it the human touch.
Our nimble and diverse team works closely together with our clients to identify customer needs, understand business objectives, design, prototype, test and iterate – driven by the desire to create products that people need and love.
Flexible working at Sennep
Sennep has always been committed to building and sustaining a flexible workplace.
Whilst fully embracing remote working, we also enjoy meeting up in our office in the Design District, Greenwich Peninsula, for an IRL cuppa and face to face problem-solving. We don't have any set days of the week where we work in the office. It's on an ad hoc basis for when we think being together in the same room is beneficial, or when it improves our general well-being.
Our extended network of freelancers work from anywhere in the world where the time difference allows us to collaborate.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
Sennep is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion for all. Our policy states that no employee, customer, or person associated with Sennep should receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of:
- Religious belief or political opinion
- Race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins)
- Disability
- Sex, gender (including gender reassignment)
- Marital or civil partnership status
- Having or not having dependants
- Sexual orientation
- Age
We do our best to demonstrate our commitment to D&I through all aspects of workplace operations and management, giving clear consideration to equity in employment, skill development and career advancement.
We are a proud founding partner of FlipSide – an industry-led bootcamp in digital product design with the aim to raise aspirations and opportunities for under-represented, young people in the east London area.

Meet who might be hiring you
Hi! 👋 I’m Hege. Since co-founding Sennep with my partner Matt in 2003, we’ve fostered a culture of friendship – a place where we celebrate each other’s quirks and personal achievements.
We are experimental and inquisitive by nature and see every project as an opportunity to sharpen our skills and stretch our abilities further. We want Sennep to be the place you do your best work, where you feel supported, inspired and – most of all – feel that you belong.
