Since 2017, we’ve been transforming the world of commercial insurance.
Blending a composable SaaS platform with deep industry knowledge and open-minded collaboration, we’ve reshaped and enhanced the processes of some of the most innovative insurance companies across the globe.
The modular platform allows components to be easily added and combined, enabling you to build a solution that addresses business needs and seamlessly scales as you grow.
Built on two core components — Connect and Workbench — the agile platform streamlines processes and reveals previously hidden insights to unlock opportunities.

Flexible working at Send Technology
Send’s team are globally distributed across the UK, US and India, and operate on a remote-first basis.
We also have an office near Monument station in London.
While there are odd occasions we bring teams together for social outings, there is no requirement to attend an office. We believe that choice allows us as individuals and teams to play to our strengths and work an arrangement that works for us. We have team members who work fully remote, those who split their time between home, offices and other locations, and those who work predominantly in our office.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
Diversity & Inclusion at Send has increasingly become part of the way we operate and is focused on how we build inclusive leadership and practices, and ensure we can attract, elevate and recognise diverse thinking and perspectives.
There are things we’re already doing well - We have strong representation of people with disabilities and LGBTQ across our management roles; Our most recent engagement survey showed 96% positive responses around psychological safety, 96% for trust and respect within teams, and 94% around how we approach flexible working. Our voluntary turnover has been consistently between low - between 5-8% annually. We also reduced our mean gender pay gap from 8% to 0% through a more transparent and structured approach to compensation.
There are also areas we need to be better - We’re still underrepresented across demographics in many parts to our business, including our Board and technical teams. Some of this is symptomatic of being a SaaS startup at the intersection of tech and insurance. And the rest is simply a need for us to attract, engage and retain more diverse talent into the business and industry.
We’re not perfect, but we’re thoughtful and driven in how we build our team and culture and see DEI as a key part to this. We hope you do too and want to be part of the journey at Send!
What do we think of Send Technology?
We've really enjoyed onboarding Send Technology - we love the freedom they give their team and how individuals are given the choice to work the way that suits them - be it in the office or remote. Send Technology are clearly putting a lot of thought in to diversity and flexibility and this would explain why they achieved such a high FlexScore !
