From Scalpels to Scheduling

In 2006, two medical doctors and a tech guru got together to answer one question: how could they make better, more flexible, fair rotas in the Accident and Emergency department where Chris (one of those doctors) worked? In an attempt to solve the problem, a pioneering scheduling solution was born.

Fast forward a decade and Rotageek is an award-winning, best-in-class employee scheduling solution that has re-invented how rosters are done.

Our rota and staff scheduling solution promise is simple – to modernise and optimise what has been previously done on paper or legacy systems. Switch to our digital rostering solution and create, edit, manage and share optimised staff rotas using one intuitive dashboard. Cut down the scheduling admin, with core features that account for shift patterns, skills, preferences and HR rules, every shift.

Flexible working approach

Here at Rotageek, flexible working is in our DNA, with a hybrid-remote approach.

We had the opportunity to let go of our full-time head offices in London and Melbourne during the lockdown, so we did just that. However, we also understand that being fully remote does not work for everyone, so we offer dog friendly, so we provide co-working membership for those days where the team just need to be face-to-face.
