Flexible working approach
We are a fully remote agency that gives the option of working in shared office space, that may be in London or somewhere else in the UK. We made the decision many years ago to go fully remote after discussing with our team what their priorities were, with the option of using shared office space if required. We believe that trust isn't something that should be earned, if you are hiring the right people then it should be a given!
Worklife balance and employees having control over their workplace is a priority at Re:signal, why spend hours on the train when you could be having an early breakfast with friends.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
