Flexible working at Propel Digital
From the beginning, Propel Digital has been a champion of flexible working.
Our team is fully remote and this has always been the case, even pre-pandemic. We don't want our people to live to work, they should work to live. This means we give people complete flexibility around when they work, and where they work. Our main ask is that people are able to travel into London to meet the team in a co-working space on a semi-regular basis. As far as we're concerned, flexible working patterns enhance our ability to provide first-class customer service.
