As product specialists, our best work is done when we join your team from the beginning to develop and bring your ideas to life, across all elements of the product lifecycle.
Our work doesn't end once your product is released. Instead, we stick around serving as your product team to continue to grow and improve your business through customer feedback, data and research. Drawing on our experience as product leaders we collaborate on a roadmap that aligns your business goals with your product ensuring the best return on your investment.
Flexible working approach
We pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to working: when we work, where we work, and how we work. We do this through flexible hours, allowing our team to decide where they work from and by designing our benefits to be inclusive. We have enhanced parental leave, the ability to take an extra month of unpaid holiday, paid compassionate leave, a personal learning and development budget as well as a company-wide budget to focus on D&I, feedback and sustainability. We want our team to feel that they can design their weeks; whether they want to be in the studio more or spend the bulk of their time remote.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Employee benchmarking score
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.

What do we think of Planes?
Planes kicked off their accreditation with very high and rare score of 91/100 for their employer benchmark. Where we would usually see up to a 10 point decrease on the following benchmark, they continued to score brilliantly during the anonymous employee benchmarking with 88/100. Scores like these across the board show the Planes are highly attuned to providing the best flexible working environment for their employees. With the employees very much aware and happy with internal operations.
