Flexible working at Papercup
🤸♀️ We have a hybrid-working model, we allow our employees to combine onsite and working from home as you see fit, usually around 2 days in the office. We leave it up to you to determine your own work week.
🎉 We are a social bunch, and have team breakfasts on a Thursday, office drinks, and quarterly monthly events.
🏝 We strongly encourage you to take holidays to rest and reflect, that's why we opted for an unlimited policy.
