About us

outré creative is a boutique creative design agency working with some of the biggest corporate brands in the US and UK.

We’re focused on cutting through even the complex of subjects with clear, usable – and implementable – designs that create real-life results for our clients’ bottom lines.

And we’re as creative as we are thoughtful, driving new strategic thinking to tap into customer instincts and attitudes to fulfil their needs, change their behaviour, and leave everyone involved – in a word – delighted.

Flexible working at outré creative

At outré creative, we know that being a flexible employer is the future.

We’re team-orientated and constantly strive to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations to deliver work that ticks all the right boxes. And we like to have fun while doing it, with Friday drinks, the odd pub quiz, Halloween dress-ups, baking competitions and planned quarterly events. We also offer travel between our dog friendly offices, a generous annual leave package (25 days plus bank holidays), and ongoing training and development.

We have a remote-first approach, where the default is work from home. The studios are open for when you want to come in for group work, brainstorming sessions with your teammates or just a change of environment.

And we all commit to finding the time for an in-studio day once a month, so we can catch up in person and socialize.

We also have a work abroad policy which means you can tack on extra time in another country — at the end of a holiday, for example. This is great if you need to travel far to see friends or family on the other side of the world.!

We have set hours during the week and finish early every Friday by 3pm.

Throughout, they encouraged discussion about how they can better facilitate a flexible working environment. With a small team split between two continents this can often be hard to do, but outré creative is excelling at and ensuring that employee well-being is at top of their priorities list.
