Flexible working at OFX UK & Europe

🤸‍♂️ At OFX we take a hybrid approach to the way we work. Every individual is different! Therefore we do not prescribe a 'set' amount of days in office vs working from home for everyone. Instead we apply a 'three way test' to all flexible work arrangements. Individuals can work with their manager to come up with a schedule that suits the individuals needs, our business and our client needs.

🌱We value work/life balance and have multiple benefits to support just that. Why not take a day off to celebrate your birthday, separate from your annual leave balance? Or take one days leave to 'Make a Difference' with a charity of your choice every year?

🍺We encourage our teams to get together at least once a month for our EMEA townhall with drinks to follow!
