Awesome place to work! Super flexible in terms of working style, times and location!

A major advantage of working at nPlan is the freedom to work remotely (including overseas), and the fact that our leaders demonstrate that it's ok to take time off. I feel (almost 100%) comfortable asking for time off if I need it.

I like that the flexible working concept is really part of the company culture. You don't feel that you are being different or doing something special if you decide to go into the office at 2pm, or have a personal appointment in the middle of the day, because everyone does that.

I really appreciate the flexibility I have in this company, and it's one of the most important things when looking for a role - flexibility in terms of when I work, where I work from, how I manage my workload etc. The fact that you can see everyone from interns to the leadership team making use of this benefit without question is extremely important and really good to see.

Its pretty relaxed here at nPlan, which makes you feel like you're in a safe and comfortable working environment where you can really be your best. Everyone cares a lot about each other, which I think really helps.

About us

nPlan's vision is that all construction projects should be built on time and budget. We are building a system, with heavy use of machine learning, to understand construction project planning and bring certainty of the outcome to the industry.

Flexible working at nPlan

At nPlan, we realise that in today's world, being a flexible workplace is just what makes sense.

We have fantastic dog friendly offices in Aldgate with a private terrace, lots of snacks and plenty of working space. However, we give our nPlanauts a high degree of autonomy and want you to be empowered to do your best work. Some of our team are fully remote, some people prefer to work from the office, and some people enjoy a mix of both – we'll try our very best to support what works best for you.
