Mr B & Friends's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company
Great place to work. Lots of thinking has been done to create a place where we can all do our best work. The employee benefits package is also the best I've seen in our industry. Very happy here.
The company really seems to listen to what people want and is making genuine effort to be a great employer for all.
We have a very defined and liveable organisational culture and values. We do a lot more than any other employer I know to incentivise the team with rewards and perks. The management of the organisation is fair and flexible. It’s a great place to work.

About us
Mr B & Friends a brand consultancy that delivers brands and experiences for IHG, The LEGO Group and many more. Our team of 32 work across brand strategy and design, employer brand and internal communications. We have strategists and planners, designers and artworkers, client services, marketing and operations in our talented team.
The agency was founded in 2006 in the South West and we've just opened our London office. We also acquired FutureKings last year, bringing expertise in SME's into the Mr B & Friends family.
As you can imagine, with 'Friends' in our name, employee culture is of huge importance to our company and our progressive EVP, The Friends Pact, is the pinnacle of the agency's commitment to that.
Flexible working at Mr B & Friends
We have a flexible working policy that people can tailor to fit their needs. Everyone gets Friday afternoons off each week and we offer flexibility for the other days to fit around school drop offs, dog walks and gym trips. We work in a hybrid way with no set requirement for days in the office. We do prefer that people come in occasionally, and the whole company should be in for our quarterly away days which give us a chance to connect as a team and celebrate achievement.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
We have an active DE&I committee and encourage a workplace of openness. The team, led by midweight designer, Ali Al Amine, produced a guide to fair and inclusive recruitment, which was shortlisted for an award. We hold regular breakfast sessions and lunch 'n' learns on the subject, all of which are accessible to colleagues in the office and joining virtually. Our Board is an equal split of men and women and genders are equal across the business. We're supporters of Pride and have members of the LGBTQ+ community in our company. We've taken part in the Bristol Creative Industries internship programme, which focuses on bringing people from underpriviledged backgrounds into the creative industries, and we have an active schools outreach programme. We're also actively supporting colleagues who are neurodiverse and growing our understanding in this area.
