At MAD4, we're proud to be a flexible place to work. We are fully remote, and we want our teams to be able to balance life, family and passion with work. We ask employees to in return, work digitally, respect your team's ways of working, and communicate your availability through Microsoft Teams.

Here at MAD4, we believe that as long as the work gets done by the customer's timeline, you can work when you want during the week (or on the weekend!)

We want you to love working with MAD4, and recognise that our teams need time off, which is why we offer unlimited holiday to our employees. For us, nothing we do is more important than your family and happiness.

Having spoken at length with Denis, and thereafter, receiving the anonymous employee feedback, I'm concrete in my belief that MAD4 is a fantastic company to work for.
