I feel proud to be part of the LEWIS team. Unlike some of the businesses I've worked for in the past and some I hear about from friends, I genuinely believe that LEWIS has the needs and priorities of its staff at the heart of the business. Everyone is trusted to work flexibly and is encouraged to develop their skills in the areas they're passionate about so that they can do more of what they love.
The business is always looking at improving the working environment, whether this is more benefits, training, automony or flexible working hours/locations. The business is working hard to evolve and makes sure everyone is bought in and aligned to the vision we have for success. We're also working hard on our ESG roadmap and are currently Net Zero/Carbon Neutral and are focusing on Social and Governance in 2023.
LEWIS provides much more flexibility than other businesses in our industry. I love the freedom I'm given to work when I'm at my best and I believe that trust gives our whole team that extra incentive to do well.
The best thing about working at LEWIS is getting the opportunity to mould your own role within the company and being trusted to deliver work flexibly, without being micro-managed or checked-up on too much. The business cares about getting the best out of its people and nurturing talent.
We focus on 'doing the things we love' not doing the things other want us to do. We feel very focused on building a company that is focused on our team and individuals and not around old traditional business structure. The business focuses on wider benefits for the team not just work related such as EV offerings, Financial Advice and Guideance, Social and Environmental education and engagement

At LEWIS we know that to get the best from our people we need to give them the freedom and flexibility to work when they're at their best. We've been evolving our working approach for the past half century and we've no plans to stop anytime soon.
On the whole, we work remotely but we have two dedicted office spaces that our team are welcome to use as much or as little as they like. We do like a good old full team meet-up though so we make sure we scheudule at least one of those a month, as well as our legendary social events held every quarter.
Our 'work anytime' model has been crafted to provide flexibility but, also, ensure that we're not encouraging overworking or risking burn-out. For example, our no-working weekend policy is designed to support health, wellbeing and work decompression. Most of us will spend 90,000 hours of our lives at work. We’d prefer to spend most of those hours feeling happy - and we’re sure you would too.
Monday to Friday - Work anytime between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Split your weekly hours across either 4 or 5 days (part-time adjusted). Minimum hours per day is 3.75 and maximum is 10.5hrs.
We also believe that spending time away from work to rest and recharge with your friends and family is really important too, so we have a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days inclusive of bank holidays (part-time adjusted) – oh, and the Company is known to throw in a cheeky few extra days most years too

- We undertake weekly, quarterly and annual staff engagement surveys to ensure regular feedback opportunities and contribution to culture and values.
- Our team receive training budget to help inspire and develop their skills.
- We set standards for our suppliers to ensure that they are working towards or have acceptable policies and procedures that align with our own diversity and inclusion practices.
- 67% of our employees identify as female and 33% male. Our Leadership Team is an equal male to female identity split.
- We employ staff from a range of locations and countries and have implemented flexible full and part-time working to accommodate individual working patterns.
- We have a Zero Tolerance policy towards racism and discrimination and all our policies are aligned to LGBTQ+ best practices.

Hi, I'm Kirsty! I've been part of Team LEWIS for (and I can't quite believe it myself) 18 years. My roles have varied over that time and have taken many guises from Admin, Client Services and, now, Copy and Proposition (a job I've created for myself from my love of writing and developing creative stories for brands).
You'll love it at LEWIS if you've got a real entrepreneurial spirit and if you're ambitious, free-thinking and want to avoid the pitfalls of traditional agency or corporate life. Because we're independent we can write our own rule-book, meaning the opportunities here are, literally, endless. Don't join expecting to be told exactly how to do things - we'd rather you take your time to explore and then mould a little bit of LEWIS that looks just like you.
