LettUs Grow was founded in Bristol in 2015 by University of Bristol alumni Charlie Guy, Jack Farmer and Ben Crowther. Over the years, we have developed our patent-pending technology to create vertical farms that can bring resilience to our food supply networks and will be key to the future of sustainable farming.
We are a team of growers, engineers, plant scientists, software developers and business experts, who all care deeply about food and the environment. Together we design and build aeroponic technology and farm management software for indoor and vertical farms. We believe careful innovation in farming can make the world a better place.
Flexible working at LettUs Grow
Flexible working is a core part of the culture here at LettUs Grow. We believe that by providing our teams with autonomy and trust, they'll feel empowered to reach their goals - both personal and professional.
So what does that look like?
Our contracted hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch. Within this model however we actively encourage flexible working (it's written in your contract!). If you're an early riser, you're more than welcome to start work before 9:00 AM (just make sure you finish early too!). Or perhaps you need the morning to focus on personal matters, that works too.
Some members of the team prefer working to their contracted hours (9AM - 5:30PM), others prefer an earlier start, while some like to mix it up day by day. Whatever your preference, we will support you.
