Remote-first – with Co-Working spaces
A little flex time
With tutors based in London and available online to families around the world, Keystone Tutors is one of the UK’s leading private tutoring organisations. We have over a decade of experience providing one-to-one tuition to children approaching entrance exams to top UK independent schools and universities, as well as examinations such as GCSEs, IGCSEs, A Levels and IB.
The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility
First we assess the flexibility options Keystone Tutors provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Keystone Tutors is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.
We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

Flexible working at Keystone Tutors
At Keystone, we're passionate about creating and sustaining a flexible workplace.
We have a dog friendly office space with classrooms and meeting rooms which are available to book (as well as a tutor common room). This is situated between Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith/Brook Green and is open for use Monday-Friday between 9am and 5:30pm. Keystone, however, has a flexible approach to working and most tutors will work from home, online for the majority of the time, or travel to students' homes around London.
We're open to part-time employees, offer compressed hours, 20 days of annual leave and a work from home allowance.
What do we think of Keystone Tutors?
Keystone Tutors offer education services globally, with offices based in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Throughout the process, Imogen was very transparent. They have empowered their tutors to manage diaries and tutoring sessions to maximise the work-life balance. This is clearly reflected in the employee score.
Offering true flexibility ensures Keystone Tutors stand out to educators perhaps looking to leave the "School Day" behind and take the plunge into 1-2-1 tutoring with flexibility.
Meet who might be hiring you
Both ‘professional’ and freelance tutors told us time and again that they feel part of an exciting, growing company who have rigorous educational standards, inspirational leadership, and who are leading the way for tutoring becoming recognised for the value it has. ‘It’s been a revelation,’ said one."
