Juno
Fully-remote
A little flex time
The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility
First we assess the flexibility options Juno provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Juno is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.
We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

About us
Juno inspires more human workplaces by connecting employees to better choices. We work with businesses to rethink and improve the well-being of employees in 16 countries, across over 28 cities. Our on-demand well-being marketplace is beloved by employees and has had a huge impact on people’s lives at work.
Flexible working at Juno
We’re a small but mighty team based around the UK, and we of course prioritise being a flexible employer and having a great culture.
We are a fully remote company that strives to ensure that we provide our employees with the best possible working environment. People can work from anywhere, and can start a bit earlier or later. We are proud of the benefits that we offer, including "pawternity" leave, shortened summer hours, a £500 work from home allowance, £100 per month to spend on the Juno platform, and an employee share options scheme.

What do we think of Juno?
We love Juno - their principles and vision align perfectly with Flexa. Their belief that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to benefits certainly resonates with us, so I'm delighted to partner with them. From a flexibility front - they literally couldn't be more flexible!
