I love how much the leadership cares about their team. Real time, energy and attention is placed into thinking about how best to help the team to have impact in their work, enjoy their work and develop.
Unlimited Holidays are life-changing - although it doesn't mean that I necessarily take more holidays than the norm, it does take the stress away of having the prioritize different holidays (wellness time off vs family hols vs a nice long weekend away with my partner/friends vs taking the odd time off for weddings on Fridays... ) ... I can do all of them!
JBM is the most flexible company I've ever worked for or know of, the leadership trust us and give us flexibility and support.
JBM honestly couldn't be more flexible. I've never had so much freedom and support at the same time, in my entire career and it's so refreshing - I can't imagine ever working in a different way again!

Alongside placing executives and future leaders into a mix of Ops, Strategy, Growth and Commercial roles, we are also passionate about DE&I, advancing social mobility, and are always looking to give back to our community.
That’s why we are proud partners with Beam, a Tech for Good Startup who help the homeless get into employment and homes, and Making the Leap, a charity providing training for young people from low-income families.

Flexible working at JBM
We're a remote-first, flexible company.
We have an office space in Bermondsey where we try and get together once or twice a week, for some team face-time, but we're completely flexible and the team can choose when they want to come in. Our team also share a passion for travelling, so if they want to jet off for a couple of weeks of working in the sun and make everyone jealous with their new Zoom background - we certainly won't stand in the way.
We also offer unlimited annual leave, as well as teambuilding days and holidays.
