Founded in a kitchen in Clapham in 2012, JBM is now an award winning Executive Search firm that is trusted by Tier 1 VC’s and high profile Founders to scale some of the most innovative and purpose driven companies in the world.

We’re proud to have grown organically through word of mouth, off the back of the results we’ve achieved and the reputation we’ve cultivated over the years. And we're also lucky enough to have a world class Board of Advisors which includes Entrepreneurs (Kresse Wesling CBE), Scaleup executives from companies such as TIER Mobility and world class Investors (Cleo Sham from Stride VC).

Alongside placing executives and future leaders into a mix of Ops, Strategy, Growth and Commercial roles, we are also passionate about DE&I, advancing social mobility, and are always looking to give back to our community.

That’s why we are proud partners with Beam, a Tech for Good Startup who help the homeless get into employment and homes, and Making the Leap, a charity providing training for young people from low-income families.
