I feel empowered to decide when and where I work but clear about my goals and what I need to do on a daily basis :)
I think I have full flexibility around my working hours, if I have an appointment or have a commitment early in the evening it is never an issue. As long as the work gets done I have full flexibility over when it is done - this is great for me as in the afternoon I can be much less productive so take some time out then I can come back to my work and finish off for the day.
It really is a true adult environment where everyone has the flexibility to work as needed.
I'm so proud to work for a company that promotes trust! I purposely said trust and not flexibility as flexibility comes with trust. Our I Own My Time ethos is embedded and it really helps with creating a great work-life balance.

Hydrogen has enabled me to balance my life between study, family, personal health and work. I truly enjoy the freedom the works gives us and also the challenge the work gives us. Due to the flexibility, I was able to take up part time study (always wanted todo my MSc) and purchase a new home well away from London.
The environment is brilliant. There is a sense of togetherness and chemistry between old and new colleagues. I think having the flexibility to work any hours from anywhere as long as the job gets done is exceptional.
Hydrogen enables me to work where, when and how I am at my most productive. I was skeptical at first, but I now feel like high performance and high productivity does not come at a cost!
