Humn is transforming the insurance industry by connecting data to make insurance smarter. We apply machine learning to traditional insurance models to create data-driven solutions for real-world fleet management problems. By centralising multiple data streams, Humn creates accurate risk models that evolve in real time. It’s the future of fleet insurance.

Flexible working approach

We are a remote-first company. That means you are only asked to come into our offices for special occasions - and otherwise can work from wherever you are productive and connected.

Some find it easier to focus at night, others do their best thinking early in the morning. We know 9-5 doesn’t work perfectly for everyone. All we ask is that you’re available to join team meetings.

Benchmarking score

Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
