Here was founded in 2008 with the aim of finding new ways to deliver healthcare. Today we bring this work to life through outstanding, innovative services with tangible benefits to individuals and communities. At our heart is a commitment to putting patients at the centre of everything we do.

Flexible working at Here
Flexible working at Here is all about flexibility around your location and hours. Want to bring your dog into the office while you work? Want the autonomy to choose when you start and finish? Then Here might be the place for your next career move.
We work core hours of 11-3, roughly, and outside of that, you can start or finish whenever you want (within reason of course).
We happily welcome dogs into the office, which is open-plan with breakout meeting rooms.

Our culture is built on wellness - this is why we have a dedicated space called The Meadow where you can attend guided mindfulness sessions twice a day, or take a nap, pray or meditate whenever you like. We also run wellness away days and a Big Wellness Weekend twice a year with free accommodation and activities like archery, art, wild swimming and yoga.
A local vegan chef comes into the office once a week and serves up a freshly cooked lunch, free to everyone. On top of that, fruit and snack bars are delivered to the office twice a week and a selection of breakfast cereals are available every day.
We have massage therapists in the office 6-7 times a month and colleagues are encouraged to book a slot during work time.
