At Glisser, we celebrate freedom and flexible work.
We are a remote-first company, with a hybrid working set-up: the vast majority of our employees will spend 3-4 days per week working from home, and some will spend some time working from our dog friendly offices at our London HQ.
We want to empower our people to live a healthy life where both work and leisure find a natural space. We've got core hours to simplify collaboration, wrapped by flexible times. To ensure we get the job done, we offer work-from-home kit and we are completely digitised. And in the summer, our employees enjoy flexibility and summer hours!
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.

What do we think of Glisser?
It's been a pleasure getting to know Glisser as they are in a space that is historically not very flexible. I've heard from friends that the Events sector can be really hard to work in, but seeing Glisser's internal working environment makes me realise how times are changing. Certainly for the employees of Glisser, at least! The anonymous employee feedback received was good and clearly shows the employees' understanding of where the senior team is taking their approach to work-life balance post-COVID-19.
