Company is fully remote with a monthly budget for each employee, so if you'd like to sign up to a co-working space close to home, you can do that and expense it. There are quarterly offsites usually in the Schengen zone where there is the chance to meet others in the company who you wouldn't necessarily interact with day-to-day. Previously this has occurred in Lisbon, London, Prague, Barcelona etc. There are people working from Mexico, South Africa, Czechia, Poland, so because of the time zones there is a lot of flexibility regarding working hours, too.
Coming from a traditionally very corporate environment with micro-managing styles of leadership, Pace has been a breath of fresh air since joining and throughout my time in the company! You truly have all the resource and support you would need to work remotely
