What FLYR for Hospitality employees think
The fact that the vast majority of the team is working fully remote, makes us all be in a similar situation when it comes to building connections and influence relationships.
I am enjoying this work lifestyle a lot.
What I really love is impact of my work with all the responsibilities that comes with it
We're all given extraordinary trust, flexibility, autonomy, resources ... to solve great, non-trivial challenges in a company full of friendly, inspiring people
Company is fully remote with a monthly budget for each employee, so if you'd like to sign up to a co-working space close to home, you can do that and expense it. There are quarterly offsites usually in the Schengen zone where there is the chance to meet others in the company who you wouldn't necessarily interact with day-to-day. Previously this has occurred in Lisbon, London, Prague, Barcelona etc. There are people working from Mexico, South Africa, Czechia, Poland, so because of the time zones there is a lot of flexibility regarding working hours, too.
Coming from a traditionally very corporate environment with micro-managing styles of leadership, Pace has been a breath of fresh air since joining and throughout my time in the company! You truly have all the resource and support you would need to work remotely

The elevator pitch of our business
Hospitality is a $700 billion industry with a 10-20% revenue leakage problem due to manual, reactive and subjective decision making. Only 10% of the industry currently uses a technology platform to capture these opportunities.
The travel industry is at an inflection point with rapidly accelerating digital transformation and FLYR’s mission is to be the leading turnkey solution for digital transformation, accelerating data-driven execution and decision intelligence.
The elevator pitch for our platform
Imagine you are the CEO of a small hotel group with 20 properties, 2,000 rooms and across five different cities. Customer demand is complex, future looking and rapidly changing. If you don’t respond to demand quickly and accurately, your revenue will underperform by 10-20%.
FLYR is the leading decision intelligence platform for the hospitality industry that enables you to automate your commercial decision making with sophisticated machine learning. With FLYR you will move to micro-targeted pricing, re-pricing and re-forecasting every hour of the day.
Flexible working at FLYR for Hospitality
🌎 Flexibility is built into the way we work, from our remote first policy to the tools we use. We believe in giving trust and autonomy to all FLYR employees.
✈️ As there are Flyr's all over the world we get together every quarter to build those in-person moments. There is also a monthly team budget for get togethers, be that work or social.
🤝 We’re a group that respects each other and, more importantly, like each other’s company. Humanity is celebrated and work-life balance is appropriately excellent. We’ll only succeed if we trust each other 100% and work together in pursuing our goals.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
Everyone at FLYR is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and all voices are heard. We are early on in our DE&I journey and far from perfect, however we are starting to action and build on exciting conversations that were had as we scaled the team last year.
We’re taking a hard look at our recruitment processes, setting the right metrics and starting to open up opportunities and spaces to have those difficult conversations.
