Flexi working approach
Flexible working is a key part of how we work at EduMe. We offer a hybrid of office-based & remote working, we allow employees to adjust their working hours and support flexibility wherever it is needed. We want our employees to work in a way that works - and matters - to them, their life, and those around them. We’re so committed to this that we provide each new starter a generous budget to set up their home working environment for comfort and success. Additionally, we offer every employee the chance to 'Work from Anywhere' for one month per year. We also offer enhanced parental leave, to ensure new parents have plenty of time to spend with their new child.

Even if I'm really busy & having to work across different time zones, and the pressure is high, the flexible approach means I can work in a way that suits me (when I sleep until, when I head to the gym, take a lunch hour, meet a friend for a walk). What do we think of EduMe?
I always like to see companies who are around the 90% mark on Flexas two benchmarking tests, because it is so hard to get there. And even though EduMe got very high scores across the board, it is the anonymous and unanimous positive feedback from their employees that made us want to give EduMe their accreditation. With more than 40 employees it is incredibly difficult to satisfy everyones needs but it's clear EduMe rises to the mission of ensuring their workforce is operating in the most inclusive and productive environment possible.

Every Friday we congregate (digitally or in-person) for a company-wide huddle which we socialise after, for those who want to join. When in the office, we have regular team breakfasts and lunches, with all dietary requirements catered for. While working remotely, we’ve introduced a fortnightly ‘Cooking Club’ so employees can enjoy a DIY restaurant meal kit at home instead.
