Collins Property Recruitment was founded in 2014 and now has a hard-earned reputation as the go-to recruiter for the property sector. From day one, we set out to do things differently. We understand the importance of not just where someone works but why they work.
We know the impacts work-life has on home life, families, happiness and wellbeing. We recognised the importance of our role in making positive work lives happen through a simple mantra, we place people in businessess where they can belong and not just work. We apply this mantra equally to our clients, candidates and our team.
So, it comes naturally to us to create a truly flexible working environment. We promote a culture where those who share our values are free to choose when, where and how they achieve their goals.

What do we think of Collins Property Recruitment?
Wow CPR have really broken the mould for a recruitment business. Treating recruiters as professionals and allowing them to manage their workload and hours to achieve the business goals. In an industry that hasn't been the most trusting of employees this is hugely refreshing and should be commended. As displayed in the employee score it's clear that employees are really enjoying the flexibility on offer.
