LOVE LOVE LOVE! We have a dog-friendly office and I choose to be in the office 1 day a week, however, this is not compulsory. There's an unlimited learning and development budget, and Vitality healthcare, not to mention a work-from-anywhere scheme and an amazing 30 days holiday. On top of that Christmas shutdown plus bank holidays = an abundance of holidays and a social squad who plan lots of exciting things for us!

Flexible working at Boxclever

At Boxclever our biggest priority is the wellbeing of our team. When the company was established, the goal was simple - to deliver great work without having to sacrifice our personal lives by working all hours. We wanted to create an environment that made coming to work not feel like a chore, instead creating a sense of community, a supportive and fun place in which to work and grow.

We operate with a culture of autonomy – as long as work gets done efficiently and to a high standard, we do not mind where, when, or how!

Anyone can use the Boxclever office anytime – most people tend to work from the office one to two times a week, but the choice is yours. We just encourage everyone to show their face at least once a month.
