What's not to love about Boxclever? Every day, I am amazed by the talented individuals who surround me. This talent is reflected in our working environment, where we are trusted to carry out our jobs in a way that suits us.
I love the amazing people, how much they care and put 'you' before anything else. I love the freedom I have combined with the connection and support I feel, it's a perfect combination.

Boxclever is very supportive of flexible working and making things work for you around your family life. The hours are as flexible as they can be and workload gets shared fairly and equally. Everyone is friendly and supportive and there's a real sense of comradery across the whole business.
There is 100% trust at Boxclever, you manage your time and work (with the support of your team). This is built on a foundation of trust and care. We all look out for eachother and make sure we have regular chats about our work (and home lives), our health and wellbeing comes first.
This is a great company that lives and breathes the wellbeing of its employees and totally trusts people to 100% work in a way that suits them.
The senior leadership are totally open to suggestions as to what works best for individuals. There is not one set way of doing things which is great.

Flexible working at Boxclever
At Boxclever our biggest priority is the wellbeing of our team. When the company was established, the goal was simple - to deliver great work without having to sacrifice our personal lives by working all hours. We wanted to create an environment that made coming to work not feel like a chore, instead creating a sense of community, a supportive and fun place in which to work and grow.
We operate with a culture of autonomy – as long as work gets done efficiently and to a high standard, we do not mind where, when, or how!
Anyone can use the Boxclever office anytime – most people tend to work from the office one to two times a week, but the choice is yours. We just encourage everyone to show their face at least once a month.

Hi! I am Kathryn and I started Boxclever 12 years ago with my business partners because we wanted a better work life balance and flexibility to work on the projects that really excited us.
