Unlike other recruitment companies you are given a lot of autonomy with your work and how you want to do it with no set quotas each day. Micro - management is also not a common theme here which I enjoy.
Additional working from home is available when requested.

🌍 Our offices are based in St. Julian's, Malta, Cheltenham, UK and Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
We're a truly flexible workplace. Some people tend to work full time remote, some work full time in the office and some mix it up (we encourage you to do what works for you!) Our roles can be performed flexibly, as long as consultants feel motivated and the work gets done to a high standard, we don't mind where! We want our team to feel comfortable and confident in their daily work. We believe highly in a work life balance, and so fully understand that everybody has other commitments and responsibilities.
🐶 We absolutely love all doggos- we have a resident Chief Trouble Officer, in our Malta office, Buddy the Frenchie.
⚡ Networking, Social and Sport events- these always put a smile on our teams faces.
🌴 Company teambuilding holiday once a year, to really bring the team together. We're off to Sicily this year!
