I think the work environment at Bitfount is great. I love the team and we have a lot of flexibility to work in ways which suit us, whether that's remotely from home or abroad, or at our lovely office in central London. We make a point of meeting in person at least once a week to create space for spontaneous discussions, for a change of scenery and for spending quality social time together. The atmosphere is always one of mutual respect, trust and shared purpose. Definitely recommend :)

About us

As a team of AI, privacy, and product experts, we understand the hurdles to finding and incorporating the right data into your analyses, applications, and ML models. That's why we've created a new way for data providers, data scientists, and governance teams to collaborate and get things done, without compromising on privacy or quality.

We do this through providing a secure network for sending algorithms to data instead of the other way around. Data remains behind its custodian's firewall, with enterprise-grade access controls over which analyses can be executed.

Flexible working at Bitfount

At Bitfount we encourage flexible working. This applies to the hours we work in the day and we do not prescribe set times. All we ask is that you attend the meetings you have been invited to.

We also have a Hybrid working policy which means we have a mixture of working from home and being in the office. We come together once a week to collaborate in person and solve problems. We value that being in the office allows us to have in person conversations, over coffee and lunch. Added bonus is lunch is on Bitfount and we get to see Leia the office dog.

As we're a diverse team with different backgrounds and nationalities we allow everyone to work abroad for up to 4 weeks of the year.
