What do we think of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty?
At Flexa, we work with a large number of scale-up companies who have worked flexibly from day 1; however, it's unusual to see a large corporation with a similarly forward-thinking approach. With that in mind, it's really great to see an organisation the size of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty adapting so readily to the new ways of working. AGCS have recently introduced broad working from home and flexible hours, which have received tremendous feedback in our conversations with employees.
Meet who might be hiring you
Hi! I’m Amanda and I lead the people development for AGCS in London and Nordics. At AGCS, we know we hire fantastic people and trust them to do a great job no matter when or where they work. We’ve been ‘trusted to flex’ for a few years now, and have learned to adapt how we communicate with our teams and our clients so that our increased flexibility strengthens our relationships. Removing barriers to the way we work has had so many benefits to our teams, their health and their families – not least equipping us all for the changes in working COVID-19 has brought. We balance the strength of our tradition with a modern approach to our people and love mixing the old with the new. We would love to have you on board!
