Role Purpose

Evaluate customer business needs and create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem whether computer systems, networks, hardware, and/or software.

Job Profile

• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Project Management teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and internal controls.
• Support commercial activities including quotations, approvals, business cases, and contract execution.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Manage operational risks and resolve business issues proactively.
• Prepare presentations and business reviews.

Competencies and qualifications

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
