The Role:
As a Regional Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsibility for a capital investment programme of £100m to £200m across 50 to 100 projects.
- Develop and promote a safety-first culture within your team and with leadership, stakeholders, and the supply chain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team of 20 to 40 delivery professionals.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver the programme to time, cost, and quality (TCQ) targets.
- Define and drive the programme vision and goals.
- Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities.
- Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks.
- Lead risk, issue, and dependency management.
- Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication.
- Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations.
- Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes.
- Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
- A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction infrastructure projects.
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
