You will play a key role in bringing the best of Soben, part of Accenture to our clients, combining deep commercial expertise with global technology and infrastructure capability across the full lifecycle, from early strategy and development through to delivery, energisation, and operation, supporting the infrastructure underpinning the rapid growth of AI and cloud services.

  • Establish programme governance, reporting frameworks, and risk management structures to drive clarity, control, and informed decision making

  • Oversee commercial strategy including procurement, cost management, and contract administration

  • Provide strategic oversight of commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and operational readiness to meet demanding performance and uptime requirements

  • Provide leadership in challenging design and delivery approaches to drive value, efficiency, and innovation

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, building a culture of accountability, trust, and delivery excellence

  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance programme outcomes and client value

  • Support and lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and business development activities to grow client relationships and market presence

  • Proven track record managing complex programmes typically in excess of £250m to £1bn+

  • Strong understanding of data centre design principles, including MEP systems and redundancy strategies such as N+1 and 2N

  • Experience overseeing commissioning processes, including Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning and IST

  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in procurement, cost management, and contract strategy

  • Experience with major contract forms such as NEC, JCT, and FIDIC
