  • Cost Optimization: Support sites in maintaining robust cost governance, budget management, and identifying impactful cost improvement projects.
  • Championing Best Practices: Drive change by conducting on-site workshops and encouraging the replication of successful initiatives across the region.
  • Regional & Global Collaboration: Operate in an international environment, collaborating effectively with global centers of excellence, plant management teams, and key group decision-makers.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring leader with a proven track record in manufacturing excellence and a desire to make a significant impact.

  • Proven Leadership Experience:
    • 15+ years of extensive experience in manufacturing (covering production, asset reliability, process engineering, and capability building), preferably within the food industry.
    • Significant leadership experience in operations (e.g., Production Manager or equivalent) is essential.
  • Operational Excellence Expertise:
    • Deep expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar pillar-based Operational Excellence programs.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in applying and coaching the tools listed above (Centerlining, CIL, SMED, etc.).
    • Experience in dedicated capability building or leading roles is a distinct advantage.
  • Change Catalyst:
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and embed organizational change processes.
    • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
  • Inspirational Coach:
    • A servant leader with a strong team spirit, passionate about teaching, coaching, and developing talent at all levels.
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing skills to drive engagement and results.
  • Academic Foundation:
    • An Engineering Degree is required.
  • Language & Mobility:
