- Develop and execute projects that will enable business growth, innovation, efficiency and promote the roll out of a high performance work environment - based on the MEU Business Strategy Plan(s)/with application for Plant level
- Support the continuous improvement of investment and commercialization process through collaboration with key stakeholders (internal interface).
- Managing Plant BDE Team (BD Project Leaders and Engineers) execute E2E and CAPEX/Engineering projects (including Growth/Infra/Productivity), and implement/share engineering best practice.
- Planning and execution of the full capex agenda for Plant, including support of new product development and launches, reformulation, productivity, quality improvement and brand maintenance projects in order to provide effective conversion change management, project initiation and management in line with the Plant Roadmaps/Masterplans (including Infra/Automation/Prody or IL6S agenda & milestones).
- Support Best Practice sharing and networking on Plant and SCE Cluster level. Support the I2M and IIM process for Site and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant.
- At the plant level work on change management and innovation management capabilities, support Plant Team (FLT) and agenda (CBN plans).
How you will contribute
- Lead Project Development / Execution - technical assessments, capability studies and capital execution for cross-functional projects and with multi-functional teams;
- Lead projects through project life cycle with zero loss mentality towards Vertical Start Up phase ensuring highest safety, quality and efficiency (following I2M/IIM tools and practices and ensuring all process steps are in place);
- Provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to the Regional BD, specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 – DR6); Leads Project Verification (DR7); Design Reviews (DR4) onward lead Plant activities: Master data, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings – and report to project team and BDE Cluster Lead. Act as the source of internal and external information (contacting Commercial stakeholders, Category and Engineering / Manufacturing / R&D). Lead site post project evaluation and communication
- Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Support Plant Leadership Team in developing the site strategy and plant road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion – ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget and spend plan. Ensure planning of the capital budget bottom up, including prioritization (i.e. integration with the full site agenda vs short/medium/long term plans).
- Drive Ongoing business: Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Manage ongoing reprioritization, De-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement targets, CAPEX Infrastructure or CAPEX Growth agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met. Support Product supply for assessment of manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps in the site.
- Manage and deliver assigned financial targets, to include the delivery of capital projects, trial activity and start-up expenses while leading resource & funding prioritization.
- Support Productivity agenda on Plant level, support/lead productivity projects that have major impact on financial results, evaluate financial benefits, run technical reviews, identify E&E productivity opportunities. Work on simplification/efficiency improvement/process harmonization - support site /regional managers on developing and rolling out of standards in cooperation with the regional/global engineering organization
Accountable for:
- All applicable legislation and critical policies (Procurement/Finance) both internal (MDLZ driven) as well as external (following local country specific regulations)
- Current internal HSE and QA policies, procedures and standards,
- Focus on the food safety (FSSC 22000) standard
- Compliance with the actual LOTO-, work, cleaning- and maintenance instructions
- Capex Finance Policy (FIC-EN xxx) and Fixed Asset Management of the Site
What you will bring
1. University education (Masters degree), Engineering or related discipline preferred
2. Proven project management skills in dynamic environment
3. A solid technical background from the food, pharamaceutical or relevant industry
4. Inclusive leader and driver of cross functional projects
5. Proven/documented people management, leadership, coaching and motivation skills with clear vision and can-do attitude
6. Communicative English (C2 level)
7. Flexibility, dealing with complexity, strong data analytics and presentation skills
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in different geographies and on different levels in the organization

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3.950€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
