MDM FE Lead will be responsible for managing the training and knowledge sharing of Master Data systems for the European Factory MDM Team for Snacking & Food.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Using expert knowledge about Master Data rules and systems, you will be responsible for training and supporting the MDM Analysts for Food & Nutrition and Snacking Production Sites in Europe with the aim of constantly improving the knowledge level, as well as the efficiency and quality of data provided by MDM Analysts to respond to Business needs for future projects.
Provide Access, Training and share Knowledge about the MD Systems within the MDM Analysts team.
Implement Data Quality rules and use Tools required to identify and clean the data.
Support Data Stewards and Functional Experts in deployment of new systems, or significant updates.
Work closely with Veritas and MDG-M Functional Experts to manage the Incident and Continues Improvements processes.
Actively implement & provide an input into the creation of the global set of tools, rules, and processes to improve data quality.
Being guardian of the GS1 rules
First line of support in master data related topics for MDM Analysts, Production Sites, Markets, Regional and Global teams.
Provide a guidance in terms of Master Data layout for Food & Nutrition and Snacking Production Sites in EU.
Support execution of POR projects in Food & Nutrition and Snacking EU Segments by creating and maintaining Master Data.
What we are looking for
Experience in working in a complex multi-national corporate environment.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams including: the Data Stewards, Activity Managers, Site Activity Portfolio Managers, Digital Core MD Engagement Lead, etc.
Analysis skills to identify opportunities in the further harmonisation of Master Data structures for the Food & Nutrition and Snacking Production Sites.
Drive to improve the quality of data by applying already defined rules and supporting the creation of new ones.
Experience in deployment of Veritas & SAP systems.
Good understanding of Data Models.
Proficient in writing and oral communications (English).
Good knowledge of MS 365 tools.
