Head of Talent Acquisition - SEA

Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Lead – Southeast Asia (SEA) to lead regional recruitment operations across multiple markets and business segments.

You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators, drive recruitment excellence across the full hiring lifecycle, and partner closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent across Southeast Asia.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening talent pipelines, elevating the candidate experience and ensuring delivery against key hiring priorities and SLAs.

In addition, you will bring end-to-end leadership, structure, and strategic coherence across SEA, ensuring all markets operate with shared standards, tools, and expectations while maintaining the cultural nuance required. What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition team across end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Partner with business leaders and P&O teams to execute regional hiring strategies.
• Drive Talent Acquisition strategies, process standardisation and operational excellence across multiple Southeast Asia markets.
• Bring teams together through strong collaboration, consistent ways of working and a shared focus on delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
• Manage recruitment operations, workload allocation and stakeholder escalations across the region.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and support strategic and executive hiring initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience.
• Strengthen the Mars employer brand across Southeast Asia markets.

What we’re looking for

• Significant Talent Acquisition experience across in-house and/or RPO environments, including proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams within regional or multi-market organisations.
• Experience developing and implementing TA strategies across regional or multi-market environments.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, complex and multicultural environments.
• Ability to serve geographically distributed hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple Southeast Asia markets, while consistently delivering professional, market-aligned customer service.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and operational leadership capability.
• Experience with recruitment systems such as Workday, Avature or HireVue.
• Proven ability to standardise processes, drive alignment and lead teams through change in complex organisations.
• Southeast Asia market experience highly regarded.
