Job Description:

The Connected Commerce Accelerator role in North America is responsible for leading the North America Connected Commerce agenda, translating enterprise growth priorities into integrated customer, channel, retail media, and digital shelf strategies that drive market performance and accelerate eCommerce growth.

This role serves as a strategic integrator across Customer Development, Marketing, Retail Media, and Supply, ensuring connected planning, disciplined execution, and data‑driven decision making that maximize customer impact, portfolio performance, and long‑term value creation. With Connected Commerce targeted to deliver 100% of our global Mars Pet Nutrition’s growth over the next five years, representing 30% of global PN sales by 2033, this role will be a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation and value creation.

This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.

What are we looking for?

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15+ years of commercial leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior Connected Commerce / digital commerce roles in global or regional CPG, retail, or tech companies.
