Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Warehouse Inventory Administrator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control processes, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute both proactive and reactive cycle counts in line with contractual service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Support inventory control processes to prevent, identify, and resolve discrepancies in stock transactions and balances

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance

  • Prepare and report on inventory accuracy and compliance metrics, sharing insights with key stakeholders

  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal and customer systems to support inventory and production-related activities

  • Assist in optimizing storage utilization to maximize warehouse efficiency

  • Investigate and resolve ad-hoc inventory-related issues as they arise

  • Monitor stock variances and process adjustments in compliance with SLAs

  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized in accordance with company hygiene standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels (customers, authorities, management, and operations teams)

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage resources and track inventory adjustments accurately

  • Fluency in English, good German language skills

Wir suchen eine/n hochorganisierte/n und analytische/n Warehouse Inventory Administrator/in, zur Verstärkung unseres Operations-Teams. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Pflege präziser Bestandsdaten, die Unterstützung von Bestandskontrollprozessen sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Sie arbeiten eng mit operativen Teams und relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Bestandsgenauigkeit zu verbessern und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Lager voranzutreiben.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung von proaktiven und reaktiven Inventurzyklen gemäß den vertraglich vereinbarten Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Unterstützung der Bestandskontrollprozesse zur Vermeidung, Identifikation und Behebung von Abweichungen bei Bestandsbewegungen und -salden
  • Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Bestandsgenauigkeit und Compliance
  • Erstellung von Berichten zur Bestandsgenauigkeit und Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben sowie Weitergabe von Erkenntnissen an zentrale Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung eines fundierten Verständnisses interner und kundenspezifischer Systeme zur Unterstützung inventar- und produktionsbezogener Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Lagerplatznutzung zur Maximierung der Lagereffizienz
  • Untersuchung und Klärung von ad-hoc auftretenden inventarbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Überwachung von Bestandsabweichungen und Umsetzung entsprechender Anpassungen gemäß SLAs
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und operativer Unterstützungsaufgaben nach Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager gemäß den unternehmensweiten Hygienestandards

Was wir suchen

  • Erfahrung mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen (WMS) ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel (inkl. SVERWEIS, Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln und Diagrammerstellung)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen (Kunden, Behörden, Management und operative Teams)
  • Sehr gute analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Ressourcen zu steuern und Bestandsanpassungen präzise nachzuverfolgen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
