We are looking for an LCL Customer Experience Agent to join our Customer Experience team in Italy. She/He will manage the LCL import and export operations, from booking to the delivery, in compliance with all company procedures.
Main tasks
- Supervises booking, gives quotations on LCL import and export, handles entries, completes BoL and seafreight documents;
- Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing;
- Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors;
- Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in Italian and English;
- Data processing and reports.
We are looking for:
- Experience in managing import /export operations is a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good English and Italian command, both written and spoken;
- Good communication skills;
- Detail orientation and hands-on approach;
- Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible.
📍 Location: The position is placed in Genoa, or Milan (Italy). Nor Visa nor relocation support provided.
