Why this job matters
We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to lead our Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) projects. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and successful delivery of our CCaaS solution. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to resource allocation, leading a dedicated cross functional team. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing CCaaS projects and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates must have hands on experience with at least one enterprise Contact Centre technology such as Genesys, Avaya or Cisco. You will have current Security Clearance.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Contact Centre project, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Accountable for complex budget management up to £10 million
• Accountable for ensuring that defined methodologies, processes and tools are consistently applied across the projects in scope, in-line with the overall standards set by the PMO.
• Manages project risk for BT and customers with an ability to use and adapt recognized project management methods and processes depending on elements of the risk profile and governance needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Understanding the customer business context and the impacts the programme has on successful business outcomes
• Supports project / programme communication with stakeholders with timely reporting on performance and where decision making is required, providing all the information needed to enable well informed decision making.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project deliverables.
What we'd like to see from your CV
• In-depth knowledge of CCaaS software and its implementation processes.
• Commercially and financially astute and able to seize opportunities to improve profit or new business.
• Great stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners to deliver great outcomes for our customers and business.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex solutions. The value of delivery (Not contract) will typically have been between £5 Million and £20 Million

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
