What you’ll be doing

– You will play a key role in delivering company-wide transformation initiatives over a fixed-term period, supporting the adoption of new IT capabilities, operating models, and organisational designs across Digital Intelligence IM&T and the wider business.

– Working across two major programmes—one in active transition and another in design—you will manage end-to-end business change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.

– You will build and lead stakeholder networks, facilitate workshops and governance forums, manage resistance, and promote advocacy for change, ensuring strong business readiness and successful implementation.

– The role also involves maintaining programme artefacts, managing delivery through tools such as Jira and Kanban, supporting communications and training plans, and contributing to business process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your skills and experiences

  • You bring strong experience in business change and business analysis within complex, large-scale IT transformation environments, with the ability to operate across multiple programmes and stakeholders.
  • You are skilled in stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels, requirements gathering, and delivering structured analysis using both agile and plan-driven methodologies.
  • With strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, you can support business case development, planning, and performance management while aligning services to strategic and financial objectives.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, political awareness, and leadership skills, alongside experience working on multi-year transformation programmes.
  • A solid understanding of IT systems, processes, and emerging technologies supports your ability to drive improvements, optimise outcomes, and ensure high-quality, governance-compliant delivery.
