Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job Description:
This role supports project delivery through non‑complex reporting, agile tracking, and routine query resolution. You will build knowledge of core business processes while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across projects. The position also contributes to managing and monitoring project actuals and budgets to ensure accurate financial oversight.
You will help structure team backlogs to produce forward‑load, work‑type, and team‑health metrics, while ensuring consistent use of Jira to generate dashboards and insights. The role also supports risk and issue management, alongside broader PMO activities such as meeting facilitation, note‑taking, action tracking, and onboarding new team members.
Core duties:
- You will drive the appropriate structure of team backlogs to derive forward load, work type and team health metrics
- You will ensure consistent use of the Jira software generating dashboards and insights for decision making
- You will support in risk and issue management for the data and analytics functions
- You will support the functions within D&A with PMO activities, this would include facilitating meetings, note taking, action tracking and onboarding support of new joiners
Essential Skills:
- You will have experience of working in an Agile PMO environment
- You will have good knowledge and understanding of PMO policies, processes, procedures and systems (Jira)
- You will have good knowledge and understanding of agile principles, agile tooling and product operating models
- You will have knowledge of Agile ceremonies and assurance processes such as Planning Increments
The Data Analytics Project Management Team:
You will be advising and assisting the Data Analytics Management Team. Part of a new fast-growing department you will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders on exciting new projects that have a real bearing on the company.
Overall role to be support and facilitate successful delivery of projects through data and management of project principles such as risk.
