At Merlin, our aim is to be the most inclusive and flexible employer in our industry 💜

We're creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where people can be themselves, have equal opportunities and thrive together. We value all of our employees, regardless of age, race, gender, ability, or sexual orientation.

As we’re a global company, our strength lies in having a balance of national and cultural diversity in our senior management and local teams.

At Merlin, we’re not just about world-class guest experiences; we’re committed to creating an incredible workplace too. Through inclusive hiring, mentorship, and leadership programmes, we’re making huge strides in gender representation, empowering our teams to bring their very best to each day 🚀

Here's just a few of the initiatives we're proud to have launched to support our teammates across all stages of their journey:

  • 🫶 Menopause Community: giving employees a space to share experiences, access resources, and support one another.
  • 🤝 Women's Mentoring Community, Give to Gain: a dedicated programme, where we match women in Merlin with inspiring mentors who can help them grow, stretch, and navigate their careers with confidence.
  • 💚 Cancer Care Resource: a dedicated programme built to support our Merlin teammates around the world who may be affected by cancer; from receiving treatment themselves to supporting a loved one, or being personally affected.
  • 🎖️ Armed Forces Covenant (2019): our commitment to recognising the value of serving personnel, veterans and military families.
  • 🌍 Charity Champions Community: a dedicated space for teammates looking for inspiration, seeking advice, or ready to take action, through connection, contribution, and impact.
  • 🫂 The Merlin Accessibility Group: showcasing how we build disability confidence from the inside out.
  • 🧠 Merlin's Autism Partnership: an internal resource supporting our teammates in understanding and embracing neurodiversity.
