We search for a Logistics Process & Performance manager, combining logistics expertise with a digital mindset, with experience in design and implementation of process improvements and transformation in the logistics domain, with E2E “always on”.
We are a team of 10+ responsibles to drive our logistics process design and digital solutions in order to enable our ecosystem to run smoothly and deliver parts to the aviation market right in time. What the job is about:
- Responsibility for logistics processes in Copenhagen and globally - take ownership for the processes we run and develop them further
- Drive change and transformation on our core logistics backbone (we will be changing from WM to EWM)
- Lead the interface to IT to implement changes to our way of working for business continuity
- Integrate with the functions (customer facing teams, supply chain, quality, product management) for a smooth E2E process design and execution
- Support operations with expertise, resolutions and training
You will be located in Copenhagen. For this position, there might be a few but limited travels per year in Europe or to one of our warehouses based in the US or in Asia, depending on topic need and considering your interests.
Your profile:
You will be a key focal point for logistics processes, acting as a logistics expert with a digital mindset and methodological approach. Required are logistics knowledge and experience (3+ years) (warehousing in/outbound, shipping, transport) & SAP WM/EWM hands-on skills. Process Management and Project Management experience are beneficial.
Due to the international environment, an excellent command of both written and spoken English is required. Aviation specific knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory. Your academic backgrounds may be in Logistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.
