  • Manage escalations and support prioritisation of resources, budgets, and technical expertise to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Deliver clear, customer-focused communication and reporting to stakeholders across different organisational levels.
  • Formalise and track programme and project progress using relevant project management tools and governance processes.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of project management managed services within the Delivery Management as a Service community.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, team engagement initiatives, and best-practice development across the project management function.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, resource plans, budget reports, status reports, and risk and issue logs.

Who you are

  • Experienced project and programme management professional with at least five years of telecommunications network delivery experience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end network architecture and network engineering project lifecycles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in virtual and international teams across markets and organisational functions.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, sound judgement, adaptability, and learning agility.
  • Holds a university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • Possesses a recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
  • Knowledgeable in wider telecommunications and ICT technologies, inter-platform dependencies, and financial management principles.
