About this Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist who will evaluate local supplier markets, support category strategies, and ensure effective sourcing operations within the Supply Chain Management function. The individual will conduct supplier assessments, negotiate and manage contracts, optimise supplier performance, and provide day‑to‑day operational sourcing support. This role is ideal for someone with procurement or vendor management experience who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What you will do

• Assess relevant spend and the supplier market within assigned categories.
• Support the development of category strategies in alignment with the overall SCM direction.
• Manage suppliers daily and optimise their performance across assigned categories.
• Execute sourcing activities, including RFPs/RFIs, spend management, reporting, and contract closure.
• Provide operational sourcing support to Category Managers.
• Deliver migration, spend, and savings targets.
• Recommend new approaches and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage an indirect budget of €5–20 million.

Who you are

• You have previous experience or exposure to procurement or sourcing activities.
• You bring strong commercial understanding and excellent negotiation capabilities.
• You have well‑developed analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• You are able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, from tactical engagements to long‑term partnerships.
• You are fluent in English and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• You have 1–3 years’ experience in vendor management, procurement, or purchase‑to‑pay operations, ideally in a similar industry.
• You thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and adapt well to change.
