Your Contribution

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT to capture, assess, and prioritize new demands in alignment with strategic business objectives and our Digital IT strategy

  • Engage with Business stakeholders and support them in formalizing IT requests and guide them through the demand process

  • End-2-end coordinate the evaluation process for new demands and initiatives, balancing strategic value, cost, risk and resource capacity

  • Oversee the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the Digital IT strategy & roadmap and drive decision making through creating transparency on status, risk, resource capacity and dependencies

  • Maintain transparent reporting on IT & portfolio performance, KPIs, and benefits realization and providing regular updates to management and stakeholders

  • Create proximity with key business stakeholders to ensure that the Digital IT strategy & delivery roadmap is well communicated and that effective feedback-loops are established

  • Continuously improve demand and portfolio management frameworks, tools and processes to enhance efficiency and business alignment

You have a strong delivery focus, guiding business and IT stakeholders to deliver initiatives and business benefits on promise.

You bring:

  • A strong customer and business value mindset.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, or IT programm management.

  • Expertise in business case development and strategic portfolio planning.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement & management skills.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Telecommunications—ideally with an MBA.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and portfolio management tools.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
