Role Purpose

Responsible for developing, managing, and growing partnerships that align with the organization's goals. This role will require a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and work cross-functionally to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize partnerships, ensure mutual value, and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Accountabilities

Partnership Development & Strategy:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set partnership goals to ensure mutual success.
  • Build and execute strategic partnership plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to manage expectations, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with partners to assess the success and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, legal, and product development, to ensure alignment of partnership objectives.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with partnership updates and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to co-create campaigns and initiatives that leverage partnerships.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor partnerships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track partnership metrics and performance to ensure success.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on partnership performance and ROI.
  • Adjust partnership strategies as needed based on performance data and evolving business priorities.

Core Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and track partnership outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of business development and marketing strategies.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Strong Marketing and Commercial management skills

Technical & Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling partnerships.
  • Experience with negotiation, contract management, and legal compliance.
  • Must have marketing experience
  • Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Pricing...etc)
