About this Role
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Support Analyst to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of automation solutions and digital tools within Core Transport. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support, ensuring stability of automation workflows, and contributing to the development and deployment of new solutions that enable efficient operations.

We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for automation-related queries and technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution or appropriate escalation
- Support day-to-day operations and stability of automation tools and scripts to minimise downtime and service disruption
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Assist in testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation workflows, ensuring alignment with business and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of automation assets, incidents, and changes to support compliance and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Participate in operational reviews and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and support transformation goals
- Develop knowledge of emerging technologies and automation tools relevant to business needs
Who you are
- Brings 7–8 years of relevant experience in automation support or a related field
- Demonstrates proficiency in Python scripting, including libraries such as pexpect; familiarity with Bash, PowerShell, or Java is advantageous
- Has knowledge of APIs, database management, and SQLPossesses experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Understands process automation, digital tools, and exposure to DevOps or software engineering environments
- Has networking knowledge in IP and Transmission; certifications such as Network+ or CCNA are beneficial
- Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicates effectively and collaborates well within diverse teams
- Demonstrates adaptability and a proactive approach to learningIs able to work within 9am–5pm UK hours
