  • Manage implementation phases of low to standard-complexity projects, including design, development, testing, acceptance, and transition to operations.
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and governance requirements.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where required in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer-focused, clear, and timely communication with all project stakeholders and team members.
  • Prepare, maintain, and formalise project documentation within the NSE PM tool, in line with established governance.
  • Monitor delivery against agreed SLAs, productivity KPIs, timelines, and approved budgets.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, onboarding support, and DMaaS engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the DMaaS function.

Who you are

  • A graduate with a university degree in computer science, telecommunications, or an equivalent discipline.
  • An early-career professional with up to one year of exposure to project management activities, preferably within telecommunications or network environments.
  • Comfortable working within virtual, cross-country teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • A clear and confident communicator with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Familiar with project governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks.
  • Possess a general technical understanding of network engineering platforms and lifecycle phases.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to execute tasks with guidance while supporting team objectives.
