Job Description

This is a senior leadership role with real scale and influence, owning one of the most commercially critical parts of the O2 Daisy portfolio. As Head of Fixed Connectivity and Security Products, you will set the direction for a £250m+ product area that helps businesses across the UK stay connected, secure and ready to grow. You will combine strategic vision with commercial rigour to ensure our products remain competitive, relevant and profitable in a fast-moving market.

You will lead a high-performing product team, shaping the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to optimisation and retirement. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will work closely with colleagues across sales, technology, operations and finance to bring new products to market, simplify what already exists and drive sustainable growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in turning customer insight into scalable, commercially successful solutions.

Our new B2B venture. By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Senior product leadership experience within fixed connectivity and security products
  • Strong knowledge of the market and customer needs, with the ability to translate into product strategy
  • Proven ownership of large-scale product P&L
  • Experience leading and developing high performing product teams
  • Track record of launching and managing B2B products across their lifecycle
  • Strong commercial and strategic decision-making capability

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience working in a large-scale telecoms or technology organisation
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience in the simplification and standardisation of connectivity product portfolios
  • Experience working with C-Level stakeholders within strategic partners organisations such as Cisco, Fortinet and Versa.
  • Experience working across multiple UK locations or hub-based teams
